Dinakis Mediterranean Grill Ltd. is committed to the equal and fair treatment of every customer and all of our employees. That includes creating an open and accessible environment that promotes dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity for people with disabilities. Our servers and staff work hard every day to make every customer happy, from making reservations through to being greeted, seated, served and enjoying the excellent cuisine and service we provide. We strive to ensure that everyone enjoys their dining experience with us and comes back again and again.

We will meet the needs of persons with disabilities in a timely manner by working progressively towards removal of barriers to accessibility. We will continue to develop, maintain and review our strategies to ensure our establishment is made accessible to all individuals and preserve the dignity and independence of everyone in our restaurant.


Guests who use personal assistive devices to access our premises will be readily accommodated to ensure comfortability and accessibility. We will ensure ease of access to all public areas of our restaurants. If you have any questions, information will be provided upon request. Servers and staff will take reasonable steps to advise and assist if a guest is having difficulty accessing any part of our restaurant.


Unless otherwise excluded by law, customers of Dinakis Mediterranean Grill who are accompanied by a guide dog or service animal are welcomed on parts of the premises open to the public. If it is not readily apparent that the animal is being used by the customer for reasons relating to a disability, Dinakis Mediterranean Grill may request verification.


Customers with disabilities who are accompanied by a support person are always welcome in our restaurant. We will ensure customers are not prevented from having access to the support person; fees will not be charged for the support person.


We encourage our customers to provide feedback on their experiences at Dinakis Mediterranean Grill, inclusive of customers with disabilities and the accessibility services provided by us.
